Just when you thought snacks couldn’t get any better, meet this Smoked Beer Cheese Dip. Smoking the sharp cheddar cheese in your Pit Boss grill adds delicious smokiness and depth that makes for a mouthwatering dip for pretzels, crackers, burgers and veggies.
This depends on the sharpness of the cheese. If you are using a sharp cheddar, for instance, we recommend using a dark or hoppy beer like an IPA or a Stout. If the cheese is mild, stick with a lighter or blonde beer.
Note: It is recommended to use Hickory Hardwood Pellets with this recipe.

You can smoke store bought pretzels while you are smoking your cheese. Simply place them on a cookie sheet or roasting pan.
