Cooking Instructions

Enjoy flavor-packed wings without the heat with these mouthwatering Parmesan Garlic Chicken Wings. These easy-to-make wings are grilled until slightly charred, then tossed in a savory garlic butter made right on the Pit Boss pellet grill. Pour the melted garlic right over the wings, add a generous amount of nutty parmesan cheese and toss to coat.

Wood Pellet Recommendation

The balanced sweet and savory flavors of Hickory, Apple, and Maple hardwood make our Competition Blend a solid choice for this recipe.

Note: This recipe uses Pit Boss Champion Chicken Seasoning.

  1. Lay chicken wings out on a sheet tray, blot with paper towel, then season with Champion Chicken.
  2. Fire up your Pit Boss grill and preheat to 400°F. If using a gas or charcoal grill, set it up for medium-high heat.
  3. Transfer wings to grill and cook for 20 to 25 minutes, turning every 5 minutes, until lightly browned. Remove wings from the grill and set on a sheet tray. Place in the smoking cabinet to keep warm while preparing the garlic butter.
  4. Melt butter and olive oil in a cast iron skillet, then add garlic and simmer until fragrant. Remove from the grill.
  5. Transfer chicken wings to a large bowl and pour garlic butter over the wings. Add cheese and parsley, then toss well to coat. Serve warm with additional sprinkling of parmesan cheese.
