2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

1 tbsp Brown Sugar

2 tbsp Butter

1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper

2 Eggs, beaten

1/2 cup Flour

1/2 tbsp Horseradish

1/2 Lemon, juiced

1/2 cup Mayonnaise

1 1/2 cup Panko Breadcrumbs

6 Pork Chops, bone-in

1 tbsp Smoked Hickory Sea Salt

1/4 cup Sour Cream

1/2 tbsp Stone Ground Mustard

1/2 cup Vegetable Oil

Cooking Instructions

This recipe has some serious chops. Crispy and golden, these Breaded Pork Chops are easily seared up on your Pit Boss Griddle. Bone-in chops are double breaded in flour and panko breadcrumbs, then seared until golden on the griddle. Top it off with a creamy and tangy Alabama White sauce for a bossin’ meal.

Note: This recipe uses Pit Boss Grills Smoked Hickory & Honey Sea Salt Seasoning.

  1. Place pork chops on a sheet tray, blot dry with a paper towel, then season with Smoked Hickory & Honey Sea Salt.
  2. Place flour, beaten egg and bread crumbs in 3 separate bowls. Dip each pork chop in flour, then beaten egg, then breadcrumbs, then set aside.
  3. Prepare the Alabama White Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, spicy brown mustard, horseradish, lemon juice, and cayenne. Whisk until fully combined, then set aside.
  4. Fire up your Pit Boss Griddle and set it to medium heat. then add the oil. When oil begins to smoke, add the butter to melt, then lay out the pork chops. Cook pork chops 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden brown and crisp. For thicker chops, add 1 minute per side.
  5. Serve breaded pork chops warm with Alabama White Sauce.
